In Andalucía, we have a saying for someone who never stops talking — hablar por los codos — what if that chatterbox could be you, but in Spanish?

I'm a native Andalusian Spanish speaker with QTS, doctoral-level research qualifications, and an MA in Speech Therapy, and two decades teaching across secondary, adult, and independent education in Spain and the UK, including formative years as a civil servant with the Junta de Andalucía, working directly with teachers, students, families and communities.

I teach real, spoken Spanish through guided conversation and authentic material, not textbook drills, with feedback that actually moves you forward. For professionals, adults reconnecting with the language, and undergraduates who need more than grammar correction.

Spanish and Andalusian culture are inseparable to me. It's the route into the language itself, and that's what I bring to every session. We are social creatures, and language is simply the vehicle that lets us reach one another, nowhere is that more alive than in the south of Spain, where conversation is woven into daily life itself. That, to me, is the real point of learning another language: the connection it makes possible.

I teach online and in person in Kent around the Borough Green, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge area, and I'm building a wider community of Spanish speakers and learners alongside the online lessons themselves.

Hablo con pasión. Enseño con propósito.
